We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel
We spent three comfortable nights in this hotel while touring by car and cycling in the Pyrenees. Poor reviews made us a little anxious but there was nothing to worry about. The manager was welcoming and communicative, speaking good English. Staff were all helpful. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed one evening meal there. Our modern room in the rear annexe was clean and comfortable, and had views of the mountainside.
We would stay again if we are lucky enough to return
We were visiting Luz St. Sauveur for the Tour de France. The hotel was right on the route, conveniently located in the village and offered parking. We were traveling with a toddler and they were able to accommodate our needs perfectly. We had a balcony off the room and we could keep the door open, which was nice for the warm summer night. We would stay again if we are lucky enough to return.

Very friendly owner
Very friendly owner - Pierre, was on hand to meet us when we arrived and allowed us to park our bikes in his garage. He was the perfect host throughout, and the location was amazing, we just did not get the weather needed.

Fantastic stay
Our group of four avid cyclists embarked on our customary European Trip which this year incorporated Cols of the Pyrénees Mountain range. The trip began with a seven-night stay in Luz Saint Sauveur at the most convenient, well-appointed and superbly run Hotel Londres. Arriving at the Toulouse airport via Mont Ventoux some 5 days later we discovered that we had left the cabin cover of our hired mini-bus at the Hotel Londres! Without any hesitation or qualms M. Pierre Tristan arranged for the cover to be delivered directly to the Car Hire company. We cannot thank him enough for his generosity not only in this regard but also in the way in which he made our stay a most pleasant experience. We look forward to our return visit and highly recommend the Hotel Londres in Luz…
Comfortable hotel with private car park
The hotel is well positioned in the centre of the town. It has it's own private car park though the entrance is narrow and not easy to spot. The room was comfortable with internal shutters to block the light. Really nothing of importance.
Great value for money
This is a very comfortable hotel, a mere snowball’s throw to the centre of Luz (and with plenty of off-road parking). The hotel reception area includes a bar, serving some of the local Pay Toy beers and has some very accommodating sofas – great to flop into with a drink after a hard day’s skiing (or walking). The hotel also has a very good restaurant attached in which we ate several times. We’ve stayed in several hotels in Luz St Sauveur over the past nine years and Hotel de Londres is by far the best value for money.
